ISO: Lost Fruit Cake Recipe

Misc.
I have lost a recipe for the BEST fruit cake I have ever ate.
It had apricot and fig jam, pineapple and coconut filling between two huge 9x13 layers.
It had all the usual stuff like nuts, spices, fruit. It made a huge 2 layer cake with a filling. I alway cut the recipe in half. It was real moist. Thanks
