ISO: Maggiano's little italy stuffed chicken and garlic mashed potatoes recipe

My husband took me to Maggiano's for our anniversary. I had the stuffed chicken and it was wonderful. I know it is stuffed with fontina cheese and mushrooms, but thats all I know.
