ISO: Marinade recipe for Pinchos

The recipe for the Marinade or the seasonings will be appreciated!!! Papi is from Vega Baja, Mami from Manati. I spent a lot of my childhood in La playa de Vega Baja, so I am familiar with it and Mar Chiquita. I used to as a child climb El Penon to see the open Sea with my cousins. It has been at least 6 years since I have been back to Puerto Rico. I am looking forward to taking my husband to see La Isla del Encanto.
Thank you for your recipes, I always enjoy them and forward them to my Papi. We are trying different recipes to se if we can stimulate his sense of taste, we dont know if its the Cancer or the Medication that has altered it, but we are trying anything and everything, he will be a grandfather again after 16 years, my youngest sister is expecting twin boys and this has him very excited.
