ISO: melting bought apple jelly

Can you melt apple jelly and add cinnamon to it, and will it jell back?

I have had some of this apple-cinnamon jelly made by Smuckers at a resturant ..you can get it on the website, but you have to order 200 little packets and it would be $25. + $9. shipping j

So I thought that if you could melt it...well you get the picture!!!!!
