Tortilla Salad - Inspired by Chili's Quesadilla Explosion

Romaine Lettuce
1 can black beans
1 can corn
Chicken
Grated cheese (Co-Jack is very good)
Corn chips
Balsamic Vinagrette Dressing
(Optional ingredients: tomatoes, onions, black olives, pork)
Cook chicken in skillet...allow to cool
Cook corn...allow to cool.
Toss lettuce, beans, corn, and chicken.
Toss in dressing.
Toss in cheese.
Toss in crumbled corn chips.
Top with corn chips
Serves depends on how much lettuce you use
Time to Make less than 30 min
