ISO: New York Times Natural Food Cookbook Whole Wheat Apple Cake

Misc.
Many many years ago I made this Whole Wheat Apple Cake while living in NY. Sadly when moving to the West Coast my cookbook and I became separated. :(

The New York Times Natural Foods Cookbook by Jean Jewitt (1971) offered a wonderful recipe for Whole Wheat Apple Cake. Not being a fan of whole wheat anything (!) I found this cake to be moist and tasty. If anyone can find it in their heart to post it I'd be forever grateful!

Thanks again!
Laurie
