Recipe(tried): Civiche

Main Dishes - Fish, Shellfish
Mexican styled civiche is fantastic and very simple. cut the fish into small pieces (talapia is my choice); depending on how much fish or shrimp you have add enough lemons to cover them compeletly 5-10, 1 grapfruit, 1 orange, 1/2 cup of vinegar, chopped fresh cilantro, chopped onion, minced garlic cloves, 2 tomatoes cut into small pieces, salt to taste, tomatoe sauce +/or salsa +/or V8 vegtable juice +/or clamato juice; refrigerate over night if possible; use all incrediants to taste; use more of the flavors that you enjoy, start with small amounts of those you don't.

The objective to enjoying this delicious cold salad-like meal is mix it up and have some fun!!

Note: The amount of ingrediants above are for 12 small talapia filets
