ISO: Nice Firm Pumpkin Pie

Misc.
I prefer a firm pumpkin pie (not wet). How do I achieve this. Bake it longer than the 1 hour that the recipe calls for?

Please help - Thanksgiving is fast approaching!

Thanks
Pam
