Misc. Hi Pam:-) This is only an idea, not a recipe. I would try adding an extra egg or 2 to the pumpkin filling. In the past, when my children would want to have pumpkin pie for breakfast, I would add an extra egg to the filling and, I think, the filling was more frim. It makes a great breakfast - eggs and a yellow vegetable:-)!! Why not? I hope that this will help.
