ISO: Peanut Butter Candy (no-cook)

I am looking for a recipe my mother used to make. It is a sweet dough with a peanut butter center and rolled in a pinwheel. I know it does not have to be cooked and it is similar to a potato dough candy but hers was made with flour. I have been searching in vain for years. I hope someone can help.
