ISO: Pennsylvania Turkey BBQ

Misc.
Hi All,

I grew up in Pennsylvania in an area that had about 8 fairs per year. One reason I loved the fairs so much was the food. Funnel cake, 'Smitty's' french fries, and turkey bbq. I've been craving turkey bbq lately, but I have no idea how to make it. I've tried to look up the recipe online, but I can only come up with the kind that uses ketchup or tomato paste. The kind I'm looking for is white, or the color of turkey really. It's made in a crockpot or something similar. If anyone can help I'd really appreciate it. Thanks!
