ISO: Pepado (cherry peppers filled with cream cheese)?

Misc.

I'm looking for a recipe for an appetizer called "Pepado". It was cherry peppers filled with cream cheese. The peppers were soft and juicy, making me think that they were cooked. The cream cheese may contain other ingredients but was the perfect compliment to the peppers which tasted sweet and just a little bit tangy.
