STUFFED SWEET PIQUANTE PEPPERS
Servings: 3
5 1/4 oz Boursin cream cheese
1 tbsp cr me fra che
9 whole PEPPADEW Sweet Piquant Peppers
3 slices of lemon
1 avocado sliced
Instructions for Preparation:
Mix the cream cheese and the cr me fra che together thoroughly. Place the mixture in an icing bag to stuff the Sweet Piquante Peppers.
Serve with a twist of lemon and sliced avocado, Then drizzle with a little PEPPADEW Sweet Piquant Pepper juice for a delicious starter.
