ISO: Pinroll Frosting like dough with Peanut Butter inside

Misc.

My Aunt just passed away Thursday and she would make this candy like treat for me when I was little. It was like a frosting dough, she would make chocolate (with cocoa powder) or vanilla, she would use the powdered sugar as though it was flour. She would then roll it out, spread creamy peanut butter over it, then roll it up to create a pinwheel effect. Wrap it in plastic paper and put it in the freezer to harden. Then she would slice it up. It's a recipe she took with her, but someone out there must know something. She was always baking. I will miss her forever. If I could just make that candylike dessert, she would be proud. Please help if you can. Thank you, Paulette
