ISO: Pork loin stuffed with dried mixed fruits

Does anyone have a simple recipe for a pork loin stuffed with dried mixed fruit? I don'think I want any breading in the stuffing, just the fruit. Perhaps it should be reconstituted first. I'd like to try something like this for Easter. Any help or ideas will be much appreciated!
