ISO: Re: ISO: Cresent Roll Dough

Misc.

Flatten the rolls out to make a sort of "pizza" crust. Bake at 400 degrees until browned. Mix a 1 cup container of sour cream with 1/2 packet of Hidden Valley Ranch Fiesta Veggie Dip mix. Add 1-2 cloves of crushed garlic. Spread mixture over cooked crust and top with your favorite chopped or sliced veggies.
I use sliced tomatoes, cucumbers, chopped broccoli, bell peppers, and black olives. Yum. It makes a wonderful Cool Veggie Pizza.
