ISO: Recipe for HOT chorizo sausage

Misc.

We formerly were Winter Texans and enjoyed the HOT chorizo sausage. Since
coming back to and living in Iowa, I cannot find HOT sausage. It's either
mild or medium, and we like the hot version. Would appreciate knowing how
to make it homemade and HOT!
