ISO: recipes for...

Anyone,
I am looking for some recipes that I am having a hard time finding. They are recipes for, candied bacon, carrot cookies (where the carrots are shredded like coconut), chocolate popcorn balls, Hamburg Gravy and especially this one for "Red Hot" candy sauce that you pour over apple dumplings, it is made from red hot candies.
