Recipe(tried): Apple Pie Candy Apples - How they are really made

Some store roll their apple pie apples in cinnamon & white sugar mixture. They are really supposed to be rolled in light brown sugar then sprinkled with cinnamon accorded to corporate office for RMCF. I should know. I'm a cook for one.
