HAMBURG GRAVY
1 lb. hamburg
1 cup water
1 grated onion
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
pinch of oregano
flour (optional)
In skillet simmer meat and water together until sauce thickens. If too thin, add a small amount of flour and stir until thickened.
Serve over mashed potatoes.
