Recipe: Harry and David's Moose Munch (copycat recipe)

Appetizers and Snacks
MOOSE MUNCH clone

"You can use any kind of popped corn for this - I used the Crunch and Munch and also plain old caramel corn like you get in those huge tins at Christmastime - both were good. I also tried it with semisweet chip and that was even better!"

1 (12 oz.) pkg. milk or semi sweet chocolate chips
1 tsp. Crisco vegtable shortening
1 box Crunch and Munch

Line a cooky sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.

In a microwave safe bowl, add chocolate chips and Crisco. Microwave until chips look shiny. Remove and stir until melted. Quickly stir in popcorn. Spread onto the prepared cooky sheet. Cool completely and break into pieces.
