ISO: Request for Chocolate Easter Egg Recipes

Misc.
Hello:
I hope that someone can help me. My ladies church group is interested in making some chocolate easter eggs to sell for this upcoming Easter. We are looking for a recipe/instructions for some large eggs, which would be made from scratch and filled with peanut butter, and possibly some other type of fillings. They will then be decorated with icing and peoples names, if desired, on the outside. Does anyone have a receipe or know a web site where we could find one with some pictures to go by?
I know many churches have made these in the past and I actually bought one from someone last year.
Thanks in advance for any advice or recommendations you may have.
