GINGERBREAD DOUGHNUTS

2 cups flour
1/2 cup demerara sugar ( this is an organic sugar )
1/2 cup molasses
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tbs ginger
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 large eggs
sugar

Take a large mixing bowl and combine the flour, salt, eggs, ginger, baking powder, baking soda and sour cream.

Our Gingerbread Doughnut recipe is easy to follow and very tasty. With a lovely combination ginger and lemon, you'll find that our Gingerbread Doughnut recipe will be a sure hit at home!

2 cups Flour
1/2 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Molasses
1/2 cup Sour Cream
2 tblsp Ginger
2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
1 Large Eggs

How To Make
Take a large mixing bowl and combine the flour, salt, eggs, ginger, baking powder, baking soda and sour cream. When thickened to a dough, split in four and roll into balls by hand. Roll each piece out until about and inch thick. Join both ends together to make a circle. Drop into hot fat at about 350 F and cook until golden brown. Sprinkle with some more sugar and enjoy.
