GINGERBREAD DOUGHNUTS

2 cups flour
1/2 cup demerara sugar ( this is an organic sugar )
1/2 cup molasses
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tbs ginger
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 large eggs
sugar
Take a large mixing bowl and combine the flour, salt, eggs, ginger, baking powder, baking soda and sour cream.

How To Make
Take a large mixing bowl and combine the flour, salt, eggs, ginger, baking powder, baking soda and sour cream. When thickened to a dough, split in four and roll into balls by hand. Roll each piece out until about and inch thick. Join both ends together to make a circle. Drop into hot fat at about 350 F and cook until golden brown. Sprinkle with some more sugar and enjoy.
