PREGO MIRACLE LASAGNA
"The 'miracle' is lasagna easy enough for everyday, thanks to Prego
Pasta Sauce!"
1 (28 oz) jar Prego Traditional Pasta Sauce
6 uncooked lasagna noodles
1 (15 oz) container ricotta cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Spread about 1 cup pasta sauce in 2-quart shallow baking dish (11x7-inches). Top
with 3 uncooked noodles, ricotta cheese, 1 cup mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese
and 1 cup pasta sauce. Top with remaining 3 uncooked noodles and remaining
pasta sauce.
Cover and bake at 375 degrees F for 1 hour.
Remove from over. Uncover and top with remaining mozzarella cheese. Let stand 5 minutes
VARIATION:
MIRACLE LASAGNA WITH MUSHROOMS:
Use a 3-quart shallow baking dish (13x9-inches). Follow assembly of recipe above. Top Parmesan cheese with 2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms or 2 jars (4 1/2 oz.) each sliced mushrooms, drained. Bake as directed.
Makes 6 servings
