ISO: Shrimp Wellington

I'm looking for a good recipe for Shrimp Wellington. My boyfriend continually talks about a Shrimp Wellington dish he had ages ago, and so I want to attempt to make it for our anniversary. I had a lot of trouble finding recipes for it on the internet, and the ones I did find seemed boring or bland. Any ideas? I'm up for recipes using shrimp and some other seafood (such as crabmeat), or just shrimp.
