Recipe: Southwestern Vinaigrette Dressing (no oil, using salsa)

SOUTHWESTERN VINAIGRETTE DRESSING

1/2 cup no salt added mild salsa
3 tbsp lime juice
2 tbsp minced fresh cilantro
1 tbsp white wine vinegar
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp pepper

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl, stirring well with a wire whisk.

Cover and chill at least 2 hours before using.

Makes 3/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons
