ISO: Sweet Potato New Potato Salad

Misc.
Years ago, a popular woman's magazine (I don't remember which one) dedicated its issue to sweet potatos. There was a recipe for a Sweet Potato New Potato salad, which I have since lost. The recipe called for sweet potatos, new red potatos, balsamic vinegar, oil, onions, and other spices that I don't remember. If anyone has this recipe I would greatly appreciate you passing it along to me.

THANK YOU!!!!
