ISO: Team Chicken and Sherry Chicken and Rice

Misc.
I need two recipes, and both are from the 1980s. Team Chicken was coated with Team Flakes cereal, paprika, dried minced onion and baked in butter in the oven. Sherry Chicken was made with long-grain and wild rice, mushrooms, onions, and water chestnuts with an addictive brown sauce that was probably flavored with cooking sherry. Would love to get these recipes back again. Your help will be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
