ISO: The Old Mill Resturant corn fritters

Misc.
I am in search of a recipe for corn fritters that were made at the Old Mill Restaurant in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. My boyfriend took me to the Smokies for Valentines Day and we ate a this great restaurant that served southern foods. I have searched everywhere and can only find one recipe. I would really appreciate a detailed description if anyone has it. Thanks
