ISO: Truffles and Beef on Sizzlin Summer Chef

I was perusing the t.v this morning when I stumbled across the preparation of "tenderloin prepared with a cream sauce and truffles" plated over fresh spinach. I didn't pay close attention because I assumed (yes..I know I know the adage) that I could go online and pull up the recepie. To my chagrin, that didn't happen. Every other recepie was on line but that one wasn't. What I didn't see was what (if anything) the chef did with the truffles in the sauce,Did he put anything in the cream and butter? How did he "prepare" the truffles which I heard him say were "jarred" and not fresh! AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST..WHERE CAN i FIND THE RECIPIE?
