PARMESAN NOODLES ROMANOFF
1 (8 oz.) pkg. wide egg noodles, uncooked
2 tbsp. butter
2 cups dairy sour cream
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese, divided use
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Cook egg noodles. Drain well and return to pot. Stir in butter; set aside.
Stir together sour cream and 1/4 cup of the grated Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Fold into buttered noodles.
Arrange on warmed platter and sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese.
Makes 6-8 servings
