ISO: Utica Caruso Bakery Italian biscotti

I am looking for recipes for authentic Italian holiday cookies such as the delicious biscotti's, chocalate round cookies that look like a round mound with frosting and also a recipe for choclate pusties.
I am a former Utica native and miss those great dishes. I especially miss the Haddock fish fries.
