I just made the sauce from this recipe, not the salmon and it was excellent. I served it on corn on the cob and then the next day with some pork Orient Express (a type of chop suey). Very yummy.
I did use a whole can of pineapple chunks (minus a couple for the cook!), added some brown sugar, and a bit of hoisin sauce as it was PRETTY spicy to begin with!.
