ISO: Wilton Sugar Cookie Recipe

Hi out there! Does anyone have the Wilton recipe for rolled sugar cookies? It used to be published in their annual Yearbook. It did not have to be chilled. You just mixed it up and could roll it right away. It was the best sugar cookie recipe I ever used, but the recipe is no longer in the Yearbook and I can't find it written down anywhere. Please help!!!
