This not IHOP but it is still pretty good..
Cream of Wheat Pancakes
Makes 6 pancakes
1/2 cup dry pancake mix
1/2 cup CREAM OF WHEAT Cereal (1/2 - minute or 2 1/2 - minute or
10 - minute stovetop cooking)
2/3 cup skim milk
1 egg
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon Butter or Margarine
1 1/2 cups cup-up fruit pieces (bananas, peach slices, blueberries,
strawberries)
1 (8-ounce) container nonfat yogurt, any flavor
1 tablespoon honey
In small bowl, combine pancake mix and cereal. Blend milk, egg and vegetable
oil; stir into cereal mixture.
Heat half the margarine on griddle or skillet over medium-high heat. Pour scant
1/4 cup batter onto griddle or skillet for each pancake. Cook until bubbly; turn
and cook until golden brown. Repeat with remaining margarine and batter.
Arrange panckakes on platter. Top with fruit and serve topped with yogurt mixed
with honey.
