liked the marinade. It makes me happy:-)!! I guess that I didn't say that I didn't peel the red potatoes (smashed potatoes) but since they are so small, I don't think I could have put up with the drudgery of peeling them! I have used garlic instead of the chives and sour cream for them. Either way, they are good, I think. I also forgot to say that some very thinly sliced red onion can be used in the spinach salad but is an optional ingredient and was not in my original recipe. Now, for your broccoli, cauliflower salad, I have copied it and will try it. It sounds really good and so pretty - never mind, good for you:-)!!
