Kelly, I have that spinach dip recipe & that was what I was planning to use, but the little roll idea was where I was stuck - Now I just have to find little rolls!

Betsy - the spinach cups is what I think my friend wants for the party, so if I don't find the little rolls Kelly suggested, then the spinach cup recipe is just exactly what will fill the bill.
