all these recipes you have taken the time to post look wonderful!

You have given me a wonderful idea...I can use some of the turkey stock I made (I have about 4 litres!) to make some lentil soup.

It will make a lovely change from the heavier meals of the past week. And altho we love turkey, I think I will put off making a turkey soup. Enuf is enuf...we will enjoy it more in a couple of weeks, I am sure.

I hope you are enjoying your holidays too, and I wish you a happy New Year.
