Thanks Elly. I have been browsing through the sites on your link. So far I have found a lot of recipes I want to try but no Patychky. I can't quite figure it out. Every Ukrainian wedding I've been to has had meat on a stick so I don't know why it's so hard to find a recipe. I'll keep searching.
