I downloaded the attached recipe and it did not have nay directions. Don't know if I just mix everything up and dip in chocolate or melt the butter first.
2 stick butter, 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs, 1 cup coconut, 1 box powdered sugar, 1 tbsp. vanilla, 1 cup peanut butter.

Help, I would like to make for Christmas!

Carla,
From the ingredients, it sounds like you need to cream the butter and peanut butter together add vanilla, then mix in powdered sugar.... sounds like you then can roll these balls in coconut or maybe add the coconut to the mixture and then roll into graham cracker crumbs. I just made buckeyes and it was just 1/2 cup of butter,1 jar of peanut butter, 2 tsp. vanilla and a box of powdered sugar. I then rolled these into balls, chilled slightly and then dipped the bottoms into melted chocolate, then drizzled the tops with more melted chocolate. Hope this helps some.

Peanut Butter Chocolate Balls OR
Peanut Butter Snowballs

These are soooo easy to make and taste
great!

2 cups confectioner's sugar (might need
more)
1 cup creamy peanut butter
6 Tbsp. butter, softened (can use half
butter & half shortening with good results)
1 to 2 tsp. vanilla extract if desired
2 pounds chocolate almond bark coating
*OR* white confectionery coating

In a mixing bowl, combine sugar, peanut
butter, butter, and if desired, the vanilla;
mix well. Shape into 1-inch balls and place
on a waxed paper-lined cookie sheet(s).
Chill for 30 minutes or until firm (if you chill
the balls in your freezer - like a deep chest
freezer - it'll only take 10, 15 minutes or
even less). Meanwhile, melt the coating of
your choice in a double boiler or
microwave-safe bowl. Dip balls in coating,
and place on waxed paper to harden.
Yield: 4 dozen.

Enjoy!!! :-) :-)

3 to 4 lbs confectioners chocolate, melted

Cream first three ingredients and form into
bite size balls, refrigerate 1 hr.

Melt chocolate by boiling water in a double

water in chocolate because it will ruin
entire batch of chocolate) Dip balls in

Chocolate Covered Peanut Butter Balls

This is the recipe I have for Chocolate
cover Peanut butter balls....
1 cup confectionary sugar
1 cup peanut butter
4 Tablespoons butter
Cream these ingredients together very
well...then add
1/2 cup chopped cherries
1/2 cup chopped dates
1/2 cup chopped coconut
Mix this very well and then roll into small
balls....
I then freeze these (it makes it easier to
dip them)
Dip one at a time in a mixture of melted
chocolate chips and (just a little
piece of parafin wax)...Place balls on wax
paper cover cookie sheet...
let set until set...
This makes a good size batch of balls....
GOOD LUCK

Chocolate Coated Peanut Butter Balls

One cup butter softened
Two cups butter softened
7 1/2 cups of confectioner sugar

In large mixing bowl creme butter and
peanutbutter. Gradually add sugar, Mix
well.

Form mixture into balls and dip into
melted chocolate.

I use a double boiler and melt semi-sweet
chocolate chips to dip my peanut butter
balls into. I also add about a 1/4 piece of
cooking wax to make the balls set up
better.
