ISO a Cajun spicy sauce that some restautrant's use on burgers instead of mayo and some use as a dipping sauce for fries and other things.

CAJUN FRY SAUCE

1 cup mayonnaise (I use Dukes, Blue Plate or Hellmann's)
1/2 cup ketchup (I use whatever's on sale)
1 Tabsp. Worcestershire sauce (I use Lea & Perrins)
1/2 tsp Tony's Creole Seasoning
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp granulated garlic

Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Cover tightly and refrigerate for at least several hours, but preferably overnight.
