What type of facilities will you have? Is the "outdoor" part of a home where you will have refrigeration and cooking, or will you be in a park?

Do you want to prepare all of the food ahead, or do you want to BBQ?

Are you planning to serve a full meal to everyone (brunch/ lunch/ dinner??)? How many people are you expecting and what age range?

Your answers will give us a few clues to help give you ideas.
