Recipe(tried): Jack in the box taco

Use corn tortillas which you fill with the normal taco filling meat (cook the meat and use a taco seasoning mix) and cheese and any other fillings he likes (I don't remember exactly what Jack in the Box uses besides meat and cheese) Fold the corn tortilla in half and pinch it shut with a pair of tongs while holding it in deep fat. Fry it until the tortilla is brown and crispy. Basically the only difference between theirs and anyone elses is that they fill a corn tortilla and then fry it instead of frying it and filling it. I hope he enjoys it!
