Alasaka recipe - cranberry banana jam

Misc.
3 cups cranberries and 1 1/2 c water - simmer for 10 minutes

add 2 cups mashed banana and 7 c sugar - bring to a boil and boil 1 minute

add 1/2 bottle liquid pectin

stir and skim.

optional: add a little lemon juice
