Annabel/CO Re: Uses for Fresh Mozzarella

Hi Annabel:-)! You can use fresh mozzerlla for sandwiches and pizza. We have a local pizza place that makes wonderful and different combinations of pizza. One that they make is made with fresh mozzerella, fresh sliced tomatoes and pesto. It's scrumptious! For a sandwich, you could use mozzerella, roasted peppers and pesto. I imagine it would even be good if you wanted to add some salami or chicken as well. The salads that Gladys suggested would be wonderful too.
