2 medium onions, sliced
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 clove garlic, diced
1 cup chopped celery
2 lb ground beef
1 tsp chili powder, or more
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp dried thyme

Wash, sort and soak beans in cold water overnight.
