This sounds like a wonderful recipe - I love pork just about any way.

Been wondering how you have done with all your company - I think you said they would be there until the 9th.

I hope you're finding some time to rest up now.

Last night I did a meatloaf on the grill (in a pan) - didn't know if it would cook thru or just burn, but it turned out so good! surprised me - creative cooking at the campground! I've often wondered if anyone has found a way to bake a small cake on the grill! Someday I may just throw a little Jiffy cake on there with it on low and see what happens.

Hope you're well - have you had any effects from Dennis over on your island? We're wondering how much wind or surge we will be having with our home in SW FL - it's always a gamble leaving our home during hurricane season. But, we're left it as prepared as it would be if we were home, so we just keep our fingers crossed and hope we don't have to make a fast trip back there.
