Baked Pork Chops

Misc.
Sue, can your chops have any sort of sauce? My maid bastes chops with orange juice, coverd for some time and then removes the cover to brown. I coat them with dried onion soup and them put hot water in the baking pan. Good luck. ( ps. when I have a large number of people I opt for fresh hams or loin roasts. )
