Bev/B.C. : 3 pieces of tofu...

Misc.
hi bev,

since you are in B.C., i reckon the tofu comes in a rectangular black in a plastic box??? (not the Japanese type but the ones you find in Asian grocers that is used by mostly Chinese.) I think 1/2 of that block is enough. sorry i don't know how heavy is a block of tofu in your area? i remember in australia it was either 500 or 750 g (not too sure). in this case, i think you just add as much tofu as you like.
the ones here comes in 8 cm square blocks if that helps?
