Canning garlic

Check my message at the beginning of todays post. I have never canned garlic and have looked thru my cookbooks on canning but have not found a means of doing this. I don't know why you couldn't, though. If I were going to experiment, I would use the directions for canning white potatoes, because of the density of the garlic. If you are interested, let me know.
